How to use our site:

As a client of Gulf Coast Collection Bureau, we provide you with online access to the information that you have provided to us. This is available to you through our client portal. As a provider, you can log into your account to perform the following:

  • View your accounts
  • Upload new accounts
  • Upload payments
  • Generate reports
  •  View reports

If you need any assistance or need help with logging in or setting up your account, please contact Client Services and someone will assist you.

What We Need from You

Documentation of each account or the ability to obtain documentation including any patient financial responsibility forms and consent to call forms is essential. The original agreement is very important because it establishes a creditor’s right to collect on the account and can assist in the resolution of any disputes. Complete documentation allows Gulf Coast to resolve accounts as quickly as possible while providing a smooth process for your customers.

Other critical information includes:

  • Who owes the account – the proper guarantor including address, phone, email or other contact info
  • Patient name and information
  • Itemization of amount due – an itemization of how the balance was calculated including itemization of charges, payments and adjustments
  • Date of service
  • Description of services rendered/product sold
